At Maham Wears, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a clear and strict policy.

Refunds

• We do not offer cash refunds once an order has been processed.
• Refunds are only applicable if the product you receive is out of stock, unavailable, or cancelled by Maham Wears.

Exchanges

• Exchange is only possible if the product delivered is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
• To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (pictures/videos).
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Customized stitching items are non-exchangeable unless the mistake is from our side.

Process

• To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue details.
• Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product delivered was incorrect or faulty.

No Exchange or Refund On

• Customized stitched orders (unless faulty or wrong item sent)
• Fabrics that are cut or altered after delivery
• Sale or discounted items
