• For customized stitching orders, additional time may be required depending on design and measurements.
• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 4–7 working days for ready fabric orders.
• Customized stitching orders may take 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location and parcel weight.
• Free delivery may be offered during special promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable).

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp or email.
• You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel through the courier’s website.

Responsibility

• Maham Wears ensures safe and secure packaging of all orders.
• Once the parcel is handed over to the courier company, Maham Wears will not be responsible for delays or damages caused during transit.
