2. Orders & Customization

All orders are confirmed once payment is received.
For customized stitching, customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design details.
Any errors in measurements provided by the customer will not be the responsibility of Maham Wears.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via secure methods such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or cash on delivery if available.
Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order type.
We aim to deliver within the promised time, but unforeseen delays such as weather or courier issues may occur.
Maham Wears is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Fabrics and customized stitched items are non-refundable once processed.
Exchanges may be possible only if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged, and the request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake is on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on Maham Wears are the property of our brand.
Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maham Wears is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by the use of our products or services.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.
